Terms

The short version

• Use the tool on spreadsheets you have the right to process. Free up to 25 products per export; Pro is a one-time €9.90, VAT included, paid through Stripe. Not a subscription.
• 14-day refund on the Pro purchase, by email. The EU consumer right of withdrawal is set out below and we honour the refund either way.
• Review the output before you import it. We validate against the rules we have documented; that is not a guarantee about your store or your data.
• The code and design are ours and are not open source. Do not rehost or resell them.
• Bulgarian law governs; mandatory consumer protections where you live still apply.

Who you are dealing with

Nexum Gate is operated by „АДСТИК ИНТЕРАКТИВ ЕООД“ (ADSTIC INTERACTIVE LTD), Varna, Bulgaria, EU VAT BG206749752. “We” and “us” below mean that company; “you” means the person or business using the service. Using the site means accepting these terms as they read on the effective date at the top.

What the service does

Nexum Gate converts a spreadsheet you already have into a CSV formatted for Shopify’s product importer: 61 columns in the official order, with products, variants and image rows in the shape the importer expects. It runs in your browser. We provide the tool; you provide the data, and you decide what to do with the result.

There is no account, so there is nothing to register, nothing to log into and nothing for us to suspend. Your file is processed on your own device — the Privacy page sets out what that means in detail.

Free and Pro

The free tier converts up to 25 products per export, counted on unique products rather than rows: variants and extra image rows of a product do not count against the limit. It comes with the full validator and every built-in preset. It is not a trial, it does not expire, and it will stay functional within that limit. The free tier also keeps no session state — a new file starts from a freshly suggested mapping.

Pro removes the product cap and adds a mapping that is remembered between files, handles seeded from a SKU or ID column, custom presets saved in your browser, the downloadable errors.csv report, automatic splitting of exports into parts under 14 MB, and future built-in presets. It is a one-time payment of €9.90 (VAT included): there is no renewal, no seat count and nothing to cancel. The line-by-line comparison is on the Pricing page.

We may add features to either tier. We will not move a feature out of the free tier that is in it today in order to charge for it.

Payment and VAT

Payment is taken by Stripe — in the EU, Stripe Payments Europe, Limited — on Stripe’s own checkout pages. Card details never reach this site and we never see them. We receive what any merchant receives: that the payment succeeded, the amount, the country for VAT, and the email address you gave Stripe. Stripe emails you a receipt and an invoice.

Prices are in euro and include VAT where VAT is due. €9.90 is the total you pay: the rate for your country of residence is worked out from within that amount rather than added on top, so the figure on the pricing page is the figure on the card statement. A business in the EU can enter a VAT number at checkout and receives a reverse-charge invoice.

Refunds and withdrawal

Fourteen days, by email, no questions. Write to contact@adsticorb.com from the address you bought with, within 14 days of the purchase, and we refund it in full. Pro then stops being restorable on new devices.

Separately, if you are an EU/EEA consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days under the Consumer Rights Directive. Pro is digital content that is supplied immediately: by unlocking it you expressly request that performance begin at once, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory right of withdrawal once performance has begun. That is the standard position for software delivered on the spot. Our own 14-day refund above applies regardless, so in practice you are not worse off for having unlocked it straight away.

Refunds are returned by the method you paid with, through Stripe. We do not charge a restocking or processing fee.

How Pro unlocks

There is no licence key and nothing to type. When the payment completes, this site asks our own server to confirm it with Stripe and stores a signed proof-of-purchase token in localStorage on that device. From then on Pro is simply on, in that browser.

To use Pro on another computer, open the Pro dialog there and choose “Already paid? Restore Pro on this device”. Enter the email you bought with and we send a link that unlocks it; the link is valid for 24 hours. Clearing site data removes Pro from that browser only — the purchase is unaffected and can be restored again.

Pro is for you, on the machines and browsers you use. Do not publish a restore link or distribute a stored token. Where distribution is deliberate we may stop honouring restores for that purchase, without a refund.

Check the output before you import it

The validator checks the Shopify CSV rules we have documented, and those checks catch a great deal — money and integer formats, every enum, handle shape, duplicate SKUs, repeated option combinations, partial packed dimensions. They are not a guarantee that any given file will import cleanly, or that the resulting products are correct for your store. Shopify can change its format, your source data can be wrong in ways no validator can detect, and your pricing and tax decisions are yours.

Import into a development store, or as drafts, first, and review the result. Overwriting existing products by handle is destructive: a blank cell can erase data that is currently there, so export your live products before you update rather than create. You are responsible for what you publish to your own store.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that it is uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost sales, lost profits, lost or corrupted data, or damage arising from your use of the output — including a bad import. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which for free use is zero.

Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, including EU consumer law where it applies to you, and nothing here excludes liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to process data you have no right to process. Do not attempt to attack, overload, scrape at scale, or circumvent the paid features. Because the tool runs entirely in your browser you can read its code; that is not permission to copy it.

Our rights in the software

Nexum Gate, its source code, design, copy and the column documentation are our property and are not open source. All rights reserved. You may use the hosted tool for its purpose; you may not copy, rehost, redistribute, or build a competing service from it.

Your spreadsheet and the CSV it produces are yours. We claim no rights over your data — we never receive it.

Availability and changes

This is a static site, which makes it unusually durable, but we do not promise an uptime figure. We may change, suspend or discontinue the service. If we discontinue it after you have bought Pro and before you have had a reasonable chance to use it, write to us and we will refund you.

We may update these terms; the effective date at the top changes with them, and continuing to use the service after that date means accepting the updated version. A material change affecting a purchase you already made will not be applied retroactively against you.

Governing law

Bulgarian law governs these terms, together with the EU law that applies in Bulgaria. The courts of Varna, Bulgaria have jurisdiction — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection in your own country of residence, and without affecting a right your local law gives you to bring a claim there.

If something goes wrong, email us first. We would rather fix it than argue about it. EU consumers may also use the online dispute resolution mechanisms available to them.
