Pro is a one-time €9.90, VAT included — not a monthly fee, not an annual one. There is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel, and payment is handled by Stripe.
That limit applies to the Shopify output only. Converting to an Adstic Orb product CSV is free and unlimited — any number of products, no Pro unlock needed — because Nexum Gate and Adstic Orb are both made by ADSTIC INTERACTIVE LTD, so it is not an integration we charge to maintain.

Questions about paying
- Why one-time and not a subscription?
- Because converting a catalogue is not a monthly activity. Most people do it once when they migrate, then again when they add a supplier. Charging rent for a tool you open twice a year is how software gets cancelled, so Pro is a single payment of €9.90 including VAT and the features stay unlocked. There is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel.
- Is my data safe?
- Your spreadsheet is read by your own browser from your own disk, and parsing, mapping, validation and the download all happen in that tab. There is no upload endpoint to send it to — the pages are a static export. Paying for Pro does not change that: what Stripe tells us is your email address and that the payment succeeded, and the proof-of-purchase token stored on your device unlocks the features locally. The only other things ever written outside the tab are optional anonymous counts (that a file was loaded, how many rows it had) which carry no column names, no cell values and no file name.
- What exactly do I get for the money?
- The product cap comes off, your mapping is remembered between files, handles can be seeded from a SKU or ID column so re-imports update products instead of duplicating them, custom presets save, the errors.csv report downloads, and large catalogues split into parts automatically. Nothing is removed from the free tier to create the paid one: free stays fully functional within its product limit, with the same validation and the same privacy.
- Can I just split my file into 25-product chunks?
- You can, and the tool will not stop you. You will re-map the columns for every chunk, lose the duplicate-SKU and option-uniqueness checks across chunks, and risk duplicate products if two chunks share a title. For a 60-product catalogue that is three uploads; for 600 it is twenty-four. Pro exists so you do not have to.
- How do I pay, and is VAT included?
- Stripe Checkout, on Stripe’s own pages — card details never reach this site. €9.90 is the full price including VAT: Stripe works out the rate for your country from that same amount, so there is no surprise added at the end. A business in the EU can enter a VAT number during checkout and gets a reverse-charge invoice. Stripe emails the receipt.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes — within 14 days of purchase, no questions, by email. If you are an EU consumer the statutory right of withdrawal also applies; because this is digital content delivered immediately, checkout asks for your consent to begin supply at once, and the 14-day refund above is offered regardless of whether you gave it.
- How many computers can I use Pro on? There is no key.
- There is nothing to type. After the payment Pro unlocks itself in the browser you bought from, and a proof-of-purchase token is stored on that device. On another computer, open the Pro dialog and choose “Already paid? Restore Pro on this device”: enter the email you bought with and we send a link that unlocks it there. Clearing site data removes Pro from that browser only — the purchase itself is unaffected, and you can restore it again.
Before you pay anything
Load one of the two bundled sample files on the converter and take it all the way to the download. You will see the mapping, the validation table and the generated CSV without spending anything or owning a supplier file. If the free tier already does what you need, use it — it is not a trial and it does not expire.
Why one output costs nothing
Nexum Gate and Adstic Orb are both made by ADSTIC INTERACTIVE LTD. Converting a catalogue into the Adstic Orb format is work on our own import path, not a third-party integration, so there is no product cap on it and no tier that unlocks it — Adstic Orb — online shop, booking and email marketing for small businesses. The Shopify limit and the one-time Pro unlock are unchanged.
Payment is taken by Stripe on its own pages; no card details reach this site. Prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies — an EU business can enter a VAT number at checkout for a reverse-charge invoice. Questions about pricing or refunds: contact@adsticorb.com.
